1. Who these terms are with

This site is operated by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 16639303, with its registered office at Flat 11 Clothier House, Kinveachy Gardens, London SE7 8EF. By using this site you accept these terms.

2. What this site is

This portal publishes country and regional analyses prepared by Eurabelt Fuels Ltd on counterparty and documentary risk in cross-border petroleum procurement. It is an informational and institutional resource.

It is not a trading platform. Nothing on this site executes, arranges or records a transaction, and no part of it should be treated as a means of transacting with us or with anyone else.

3. What the publications are, and are not

Each publication states its own limitations, and those statements form part of the document. In summary, and without limiting what each publication says for itself:

• Our publications are not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any petroleum product, security or financial instrument.
• They do not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax or regulatory advice. Eurabelt is not a licensed financial institution, a regulated investment adviser, an insurer or a law firm.
• They do not assert any existing relationship with the government or institution for which they are prepared. Each says so expressly.
• They do not claim endorsement, accreditation or certification by any state, treaty organisation or standards body. The registrations we hold are identification and eligibility records, and each publication states precisely what those do and do not signify.

You should obtain your own professional advice before acting in reliance on anything published here.

4. Accuracy and third-party data

Our publications cite third-party sources, each of which is named so that it can be checked independently. We have taken care in their selection and reporting, but we have not audited them, and we do not warrant their accuracy. Market data is stated as at the date of the publication and will go out of date.

Indicator figures displayed on country pages are drawn from the World Bank Indicators API and are shown with their source and reference year. Descriptive sector context, where shown, is drawn from Wikipedia and is labelled as such; no quantitative claim in our publications rests on it.

We correct material errors when they are drawn to our attention. If you believe something here is wrong, please write to compliance@eurabeltfuels.com and we will investigate and respond.

5. Permitted use of the publications

Use of the publications themselves is governed by the Publication Use and Citation Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The publications, this site, its design and its content are the property of Eurabelt Fuels Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright. The name Eurabelt Fuels and the Eurabelt custodial seal are marks of Eurabelt Fuels Ltd. Third-party marks, registry names and institutional names appearing here are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use this site to introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it or its underlying infrastructure, impose an unreasonable load on it, scrape it in a manner that degrades service to others, or misrepresent the publications or their authorship.

You must not represent yourself as acting for or on behalf of Eurabelt Fuels Ltd unless you are listed at leadership.eurabeltfuels.com. See the Communications Verification Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or amend any part of it without notice. Publications may be superseded; where they are, the current version is the one published here.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we do not accept liability for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, and our aggregate liability arising from your use of this site is limited to £100.

These publications are offered as analysis. Commercial and compliance decisions taken in reliance on them remain yours, and each publication says so.

10. Linking to us

You may link to any page on this site provided you do so fairly, without implying an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. We welcome citation by governments, institutions, press and researchers on the terms set out in the Publication Use and Citation Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. This reflects the fact that English law governs the majority of international petroleum contracting, as discussed in our publications.
