Publication Use and Citation
Version 1.0Effective September 2026
1. Status of the publications
Each publication is prepared for a named government or regional institution and is marked confidential to that recipient. That marking reflects the nature of the engagement rather than any restriction on the analysis itself, which is drawn entirely from public sources and our own disclosed methodology.
2. What you may do without asking
- Circulate the document freely within your organisation, and to your professional advisers, in unmodified form.
- Cite it, quote from it and refer to it in analysis, correspondence, briefings, submissions and press, provided the source is attributed.
- Link to it at its published address on this portal.
- Rely on it internally for the purpose of assessing whether an institutional relationship with Eurabelt Fuels Ltd is of interest to you.
3. What we ask you not to do
- Do not publish or redistribute the document beyond your organisation and its advisers without asking us first. Consent will not be unreasonably withheld and is usually given the same day — write to compliance@eurabeltfuels.com.
- Do not modify, abridge or re-typeset the document and continue to present it as ours.
- Do not extract figures from it without their attached sources. Every figure we publish carries a source for a reason.
- Do not use the analysis to represent that Eurabelt Fuels Ltd holds an endorsement, accreditation or relationship that it does not. Each publication states expressly what we hold and what we do not.
4. How to cite
The preferred citation form is:
Eurabelt Fuels Ltd, [Publication title], prepared for [named recipient], September 2026, section [n]. Available at publications.eurabeltfuels.eu
Where you are citing a figure rather than our analysis, please cite the primary source we credit rather than citing us. If we say the World Bank or the Energy Information Administration reports something, that body is the citation; we are only the route by which you found it.
5. Verifying a copy you have received
If a Eurabelt publication reaches you through a third party, you can confirm it is genuine and current:
- Compare it against the copy published here. This portal holds the authoritative current version of every publication.
- Check the version and date in the document control block at the end of the document.
- Check that whoever sent it to you appears at leadership.eurabeltfuels.com and wrote from a company address. See the Communications Verification Policy.
- If anything does not match, write to compliance@eurabeltfuels.eu.
6. Versioning and supersession
Our publications address live conditions. Section 7 of each is rebuilt with fresh research for the institution it addresses, and market data goes out of date. Each carries a version number and date of issue, and the copy on this portal is always the current one. Superseded versions are retained and available on request so that any party who relied on an earlier version can establish exactly what it said.
We will not silently amend a published figure. Where a material correction is made, the version is incremented and the correction is identified.
7. Copyright
